Learning a new language for real is more than learning vocabulary and grammatical rules.
It is more than efficiently decrypting and understanding the universal non-verbal language in a Dutch context. What it is, in fact, is always a mixture of these two, seasoned with a lot of proverbs and daily expressions, that only a native can teach you!This is what I admire at Annelies: she is a real Dutch teacher, using state-of-the-art pedagogical methods, with whom you will learn the LIVING language of the Netherlands! You will learn it while speaking about daily events, about habits, customs, and sayings. You will learn it starting with the basic “who, where, when…”, while discovering tons of resources for you to access and use. You will learn Dutch while gaining trust in yourself fo exposing to and integrating in the reality of your new neighbourhood, your new workplace, you new group of friends.
You will get to know the Dutch directness and pragmatism, the Dutch tolerance and friendliness, from an awesome Dutch teacher! And you will do this while becoming increasingly more able to tell your colleagues and friends your story, and to describe them all the places you love and you miss about your home-country, all in DUTCH!
This is why I highly recommend Annelies to all of you who want to learn the living language of the Netherlands!
